ISSUES 19 - 22
There was however, to be no let-up in our hectic daily schedule at the new offices (just a lot more space to do it in).

Helen and Gina's daily routine was to open the post and sort out the new club members in the morning, followed by a quick cup-a-soup, then answering e-mails all afternoon (at times we were receiving around 2,000 a day!)

It was also during this period that the visits to our website hit their peak, when in December 2005 a grand total of 961,486 Bubblegum fans visited the site in just one month, only a few thousand short of the magic million.

ISSUES 23 -26
It's now 2006 and we'd come a long way in 6 years.

During that period we'd signed up over 7,000 new members and each issue of The Bubble was crammed to bursting with Chatterbox letters, gallery pictures, penpals and all manner of Bubblegum goodies sent in by fans.

We also managed to squeeze in the odd cartoon strip, like this one which showed the Bubblegum Starz arriving at the Big Sista house to take part in Big Sista 2006 website extravaganza!

ISSUES 27 - 29
2007 saw a lot of changes at the Bubblegum Club. The biggest of these being in late December when we parted company with Helen.

It was really sad to see Helen go as she'd been involved with the Bubblegum Club since the very start. In fact I very much doubt we'd have managed to get through the previous seven years without her.

She was the person mainly responsible for dealing with fan club memberships and correspondence, so when she left to pursue a new career (after marrying hubby Peter in May 2007) Gina and I decided the time was right to wind down the fan club side of the Bubblegum Club.

The other big change came in November when we moved offices again - to the neighbouring village of Mawdesley. This was another sad occasion as we had so many happy memories of the old mill - but you know what they say, you never move forward by standing still!

ISSUES 30 - 32
So we finally arrive at issue 32 - and after 8 years of constant "Bubbling" this was to be our last ever issue.

That's not to say there'd be no more Bubblegum Club, oh deary me, no. We'll obviously still be keeping the website going, so feel free to e-mail us from time to time, it's always great to hear from Bubblegum fans and believe me, we've heard from an awful lot over the years.

I'd also like to take this opportunity (as would Gina and Helen) of saying a big thank you to each and every fan club member, old and new, for joining us on our eight year adventure - and I hope you had as much fun as we did!
